Our mission is to create and fund enriching field trips for underserved youth. These day trips, guided by community leaders and educators, will enlighten, educate and empower - a path to racial justice for all.
After visiting the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington D.C., we were deeply moved, inspired and activated to work towards racial justice, so we created www.LetsGetOntheBus.org.
While admission to this museum is free, passes are difficult to acquire and the trip down to Washington D.C. and back is prohibitively expensive for many.
